When not working, Dr Kate can be found at the stables, where she and her horse Gold are a regular pair on the grassroots event circuit. Many riders find that they have specific requirements for treatments, not least from wearing riding hats most days! Dr Kate is very experienced with dealing with varied rider issues, from excessive sweating under competition stress, forehead lines from riding helmets, complexion complaints from spending huge amounts of time outside, and can advise on realistic aims and solutions for clients who want a no nonsense approach.
